Our Mission
We are a volunteer group of Jake's family, friends, and fans, honouring his life by continuing his work. Our mission is to support local youth and artists, lift up our community, and build awareness about mental health.
Activities
The Hxmesweethxme team attends and promotes local events in Orillia, and raises funds for the Orillia Youth Centre through various fundraising events including our Annual Hxmesweethxme Poker Run.
Our Impact
We have raised over $60,000 for the Orillia Youth Centre, establishing the Jake Beers bursary for youth graduating from the centre, and the Jake Beers Creative and Mental Health Fund which provides flexible funding to youth in need.

Shawn and Annette Cuppage, Jake's uncle and aunt, started the Hxmesweethxme movement and are supported by an incredible group of dedicated volunteers.
